CODE OF CONDUCT

HIGHTS nights are built for the music and the people in the room. By joining us you agree to the following. It applies to everyone: guests, artists, crew and partners.

01 Respect people and their space.

No harassment, discrimination, unwanted touching, comments or attention. Ask first and accept a no.

02 Look out for each other.

If someone seems unwell or uncomfortable, check in or tell our crew. We take care of our people.

03 Be in the moment.

Keep phones down on the dance floor. Never film or photograph people without their consent. Professional cameras need our approval in advance.

04 Respect the music.

Celebrate it and give it space. Leave the fans, whistles and shouting through the quiet parts for another night, and let people lose themselves in the sound.

05 No judgement.

Come as you are and let others do the same. Compliment instead of comment.

06 Take care of yourself.

Know your limits, drink water and take breaks. Our nights are 25+ and you need a valid ID.

07 Respect the place.

Treat the venue, our neighbours and the area around it with care. Leave nothing behind.

Need help on the night?

Talk to any member of our crew, bar staff or security. They will bring in our team and we will take it from there, with care and in confidence.

After the night

Write to support@hights.se. We read every message and handle it confidentially.

If the code is broken

Anyone who breaks this code may be asked to leave and may not be welcome back.
